Can customers see my costs or trade discount?
Internal costs and trade discounts stay private. Choose whether the quotation shows device quantities, item selling prices, materials or labour breakdowns, or simply an overall total.
Does MSG Plan replace MSG Connect?
They serve different jobs. MSG Plan designs and prices proposed installations. MSG Connect manages properties, installed assets and service records. Each has its own subscription and workspace.
